Fuel Surcharge / Courier rates
Effective 01/01/2011 all shipments will be subject to an adjustable fuel surcharge. This rate will be calculated the first of each month and the percentage will be based on the U.S. Retail Gasoline Prices set by the U.S. Department of Energy.
